Recording informing me the IRS has filed a lawsuit againt me and asking for a call back on the same number.

Recording informing me that IRS also has file a lawsuit against me I will be arrested.
I called them and a lady with a Asian accent, that I did not understand very well told me that, in fact I have a lawsuit from IRS and it is on investigation, I asked her for the IRS agent number, she didn't have one. I got frustrated and me too and I told her I will go to the police station with this recorded.

I just received same call and stared I have a warrant issues in my name from IRS and to contact. Dial number and nothing happens. What is going on?
