He called me asking for my mother saying he needed to speak to her and that it was an emergency. I said she wasn't here and if I could take a message he left the number and kept insisting she calls or I would be in trouble I kept asking where he was from and recieved no answer...
I RECEIVED A CALL LAST NIGHT FROM THIS NUMBER THEY LEFT A MESSAGE ABOUT MY BEING UNDER INVESTIGATION THEY SPEAK WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT WANTING YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.
It's a payday loan scam! They bought all these cell phone numbers which is how authorities have a hard time tracing them. DO NOT give them any information! In fact tell them you have already called the local authorities and FBI. You can google search payday loan scam and read about it. They have several numbers.
Please do not fall for this scam. They are asking for a prepaid card along with your photo ID. Please report this scam as soon as they call. You can not ignore this please report this it may be you next time that gets taken advantage of.
