This number 305-967-8168 calls me once a day every day for the past month. At first they wouldn't say anything when I answered, just a lot of heavy breathing. Then the grunting started with the heavy breathing (disgusting). Then, out of the blue a male said hello when I answerd. He wanted to sell me drugs from a pharmacy in Florida. He said he works there. When I asked him if it had a name or was it just called pharmacy, he said the name is My Family Pharmacy Discount in Miami Florida. When I asked him how he got my number he stuttered and murmerd something. Then I asked him how does he know if I'm not a cop. He said [***] and quickly hung up. After that they still call, but hang up after I say hello. It's annoying and I want the calls to stop!! It's now Harrassment!
I wonder if they know I can charge them just by having there phone number?
You can have him charged with telephone harrassment if you trace the call 3 times, and if you have told him not to call again. Possibly you can have him charged even if you haven't traced it; Just go to your local police or sheriff's office and let them know. The phone company has records of the calls you've received. I called right back, and it was busy. After calling about 5 times, a fax machine came on. I said between beeps "This number just called me...This is not a fax machine; Please do not call this number again". I looked up the number, it is registered to a "Pedro Perez", 5010 E 1st Ave., Hialeah, FL, 33013. If you go to anywho.com and put in the number, it will even show you a map that shows where he lives. If he has made all these calls to you, then it may be worth getting charges put on him. I wouldn't blame you. :)

Just got the call from 305 967-8168, a guy calls me by my first name, telling me I have invested in a new company and to go to my web browser, I told him I didn't start a company and I wouldn't go to my computer. He hung up. This person wants to hack my computer and if I was as stupid as he was hoping, and followed his directions to the web site he was trying to get me to go, he would have been able to get my information from my computer!!!
I have filed a Complaint with law enforcement.
I have gotten a call from this number a few times, but I am greatful that after the 2nd call I have added them to my call blocker on my blackberry. The minute he tells me there is a deadline for me to "get in" and I need to hurry up as today is the "deadline"............Click (Hung Up and added him to the LIST)
