Answered the phone, but immediately hung up.

I am tired of these out of state telephone calls.  I recently encountered a NY call dealing with the similar issues like these two people mentioned.  Now it's coming from FL.  What the heck is going on?  FL number called me twice, but I missed their calls.  I called back, busy signal.  Who are these people?  Don't fuken waste my minutes!?!
