I live in South Dakota, and don't know anyone in Miami. My Caller ID showed a Spanish name. I didn't even recognize the area code at first, and the caller left no message.
I answered, and it was one of those robo calls. "HI, this is Heather from Account Services. We are calling in concern to one of your accounts blah blah blah.... Press 1 to talk to a representative."
I love playing along with these, so I pressed 1. All I got was silence for 4 minutes, then it hung up. Didn't the FCC just fine this company millions of dollars for this exact same call?
