Who called from 3130000000

they have called every two hours today.  I pick up and there is no one there; after the second time I stopped answering.

I have been getting calls from this number, 1-313-000-0000 for the last few days every hour of the day.  When I answer, no one is there.

Same as other complaints... phone rings...no one answers on other end...call no. back...get recording no. is no longer in service...

I have gotten this call several times I also am on the do not call list.  I answered they want to do a survey I told them to please take me off their list she said she would try.  What can we do to report these people and stop the calls.
