I got a call from these people this morning stating that they were giving me an opportunity to lower the interest rate on my credit card for a limited time.  When I asked which card the man told me that it was my Visa or Mastercard.  Not the Credit Card Company where the card was issued.  When I asked him again which credit card he was referring to he hung up.  Not a doubt in my mind it was an attempt to get my credit card numbers.
