Bizarre computer generated call. As soon as you pick up, they disconnect.

called them back, this was the third time they have called.   ?????   They said she was " the operator" and their phone lines have been screwed up all morning.  ?????   Must think I'm trying to buy the Brooklyn Bridge.  Did not say what operator.....strange!

Since the 031 prefix is not a valid North American one, please explain how you called back this clearly spoofed number.

can not believe it they just called again.  Four times in the last hour.  This time they are asking who I am or am not voting for.
