The above mentioned number 313-208-7152 calls Amanda Carlson leaves a message stating they are going to serve legal documents to me between 12 noon and 4 pm on Friday November 7th, I need to have 2 forms of ID and if I cant make my apt to call another number its an 855 number. I called my local police department and they said its a SCAM, no one calls to tell you they are going to serve you papers and if you cant keep an appointment to call and reschedule. Its a riot how these people cant be caught.
They just called me looking for my brother. I said I didn't know that name and they continued to pry and ask questions...."aren't you his sister?". They knew my age and that he was my brother. Said they had a number for him to call to give him legal information and if I didn't they would serve him. I said for them to go ahead and serve him because I had no idea where he was or a number for him. I figured it had to be a scam.
