Same as everyone else.  Phone rang but hung up before I could answer.  I'm blocking that number (along with many others!)

This number is getting onstar phone numbers and calling to sell home security systems. I was called three times while driving. It's distracting and could possible cause an accident. Someone needs to stop this practice ASAP!

Why are you answering your cell phone while you are driving?
Assign this number a silent ring tone and you won't be bothered by it again.
If you have a smartphone, an app can be used to block the number and other numbers.
Otherwise, let all calls go to voicemail, and pull over and stop to check the voice mail when convenient.

There is no law that requires you to answer any phone call.
