I've received 2 phone calls from this number. Since I didn't recognize the number, I did NOT answer it. The first time, they tried talking over my answering machine. The second call, they did the same thing but asked for my deceased mother who has been dead for 3 years. When the machine beeped, they hung up. They did NOT leave a message either time. Caller ID reads: "INS EXPERT." Blocked them.
Got a call from this number and they asked to talk to me. I said this is she. Then nothing. I said hello. Then nothing. I then said good by. Caller id reads... MY INS EXPERT...if you are a expert then learn to use the phone and talk in English.
