Rec'd a call and they left a message, said her name was Lauren calling from MedicAlert about a product we spoke about and wanted to speak with me about promotions they are offering. I never spoke to them about their products, but recently returned to them a system they sold my parents, who have passed away. When I called about returning the product they tried to see if I wanted to keep it, or knew of someone else who could use it. Told them no, and they gave me the return information. I do not plan to call this person back, but will call the corporate office to confirm they received my return and issue a refund.
