They call with one ring then hang up...they want you to call back. They play on people wanting something for nothing and say you have won something wonderful...just pay the shipping now and after a short time they will send you a refund check. Yeah....Right.....did you see me just fall off the turnip truck without a paddle???? Forgive me for mixing my metaphors, but I don't think so!!!
