Caller "mike" calling to thank for something she did.  SCAMMER

repeated  calls 3-4 times a day every day. Usually no one on line or cannot understand person on line.

received numerous calls; I answer and caller hangs up.  I call back and a recording of a person supposedly trying to sound like a recording of an operator tells me that "my call did not go through".

Called two days in a row did not leave message, cannot call back
