First got a message of a delay due to call volume. Then heard incarcerated family member ask for my spouse. I hung up. I am sure this fundraiser is him asking for money.......Sorry wrong number.
I received a call and when I pick up I heard mans voice and then nothing. I said "hello" several times and no one said any thing. The caller id read "DSAMI".
I get this phone call every year and I am on a do not call list. They are a lobbiest organization, infact all police agencies looking for your contribution are lobbiest organizations. You should not give to them because they won't represent themselves as a lobbiest and they may NOT have your best interest in mind. They won't take your name off their lists as i have tried numerous times in the past. If this isn't enough information, we have a good friend who is a State Trooper and he even told us not to give to those organizations.

Washington Square, Suite 110, Lansing MI 48933. The phone is 517-702-2697. Please call them and pester the hell out of them (rudely) like they do day in and day out every year, even though I tell them to take my name off their list. I went to the contacts section of their website and ripped off a nice e-mail to the regional VP, and now I am going to go to the Michigan Attorney General's website and file a complaint.
