This number has called me 4 times so far today.. Everytime I answer, theres silence for about 10 seconds and then they hang up. Called the number back and I get "the google subscriber you've called is not available." This must be some sort of solicitor because it seems like it's an automatic dialer that's calling me.
As noted above. I got the call. Answered. No response. It is now blocked.
In this election year, I have no doubts that it is a political call of some type.
I do not answer numbers I don't recognize. It rang 4 or 5 times and they hung up. Caller ID said Detroit, Mi. I figure if it's important they would leave a message - which they didn't.
I just stumbled across a web site to check on anyone claiming to be a charity.
It is called "Charity Navigator" http://www.charitynavigator.org/
Just one more tool in the arsenal to tell a legit charity from the scammers.
