These calls started about a month ago. I started receving voice messages from this phone number - 313-347-8638, stating there were raudulent charges being filed against me and I would be "served" at my home or place of business if I did not return the call. I never returned the call because I was suspicious of it, since I have no reason to believe that I would have any such charges filed against me.
I dont understand why they cant gond these fraudulent scammers and put them behind bars. Im sick of getting calls from The same voices under a different number....
Mr. G, I've gotten several calls from this number claiming to take me to court for fraudulent activity,I have no idea what their talking about,and of coarse they want me to send them money,I believe their scammers,what can we do to put these type of people where they belong,and how the hell do they get our info?
zombie debt collector using illegal collections tactics, inferring that there are criminal charges about to be files against you. It's bogus. Just block the number and move on.
The message stated that two charges are going to be filed against me in my county due to fraudulent activity made in my name and social security number. when i called the number back that they gave me, (313-78-8638) the recording said they weren't available. What is this???
If these guys call one more time I shall be forced to file a complaint. Im in a hospital. What is going on? Trouble sleeping. Appetite poor. One more and I will take a clandestine trip to detroit and stop them myself. A more permanent solution for these easy pickin forieners. Detroit's zesty pool of shame will not destroy my country.
