Who called from 3133494996

I see, they have the authority to stop it?  How does that work when the call is coming in from a foreign country that has their own laws, not subject to ours, and does not cooperate with us?

Keeps calling but no one on the other end

No message left, countless calls to my cell phon

They called me 3 times with the same offers. . .tried to make me give them my card number. . .I think it is a scam.

Calls repeatedly, as many as 6 times a day, as late as 8pm. I blocked the number and now getting same type of calls from a different area code; 317. Very irritating!!!
