Called ID said "Special Message" then a recording came on asking me if I would like to go on an incredible cruise for very little money and the call to me was supposed to be based on my past charitable donations! What a crock!
Voicemail: "Public service announcement, the government-mandated health insurance open enrollment has begun, but only for a limited time. To avoid any government fines by not having health insurance or to substantially lower your existing health insurance costs (edit: LOL), please go to the government enrollment site at www.usahealthplans.gov."
Really a PSA or Special Message? It calls it "ObamaCare" in the message so you know its someone who wants your money and is using the insurance mandate in the ACA to scare you into purchasing. I am on the do not call list. This is a clear violation of that.
