I am on do not call list.This one leaves no message. I am getting more and more calls with out of state locations. Will not answer them but it is a pain as I get several of them every day. What good is the do not call if they keep calling.
Judy, have you been reporting these calls to the DNC? They have to be reported before anything happens and by enough people to get their attention. The DNC is just a list of those numbers who do not wish to be called for Telemarketing (Telephone Sales) purposes. Most of these callers are calling illegally and not in compliance with the DNC. Nothing mechanical is there to block calls, only the callers own honesty, of which there are those who have none. It's frustrating, but the DNC has no means of knowing who is calling you, as it happens. Reporting is a must to get any action at all.
Just received the call and reported it, this the first time that I answered at this hour, but I usually get a call around this time every day and just ignore it. seems they are persistent.
