Email saying I took out a loan from cash advance. I owe money and I have not taken a loan out. So they say 12 hours to contact or my case will be downloaded to the federal court system.

So it's a scam I take it!

I am getting calls saying a Federal Case has been downloaded to me of my Social Security #, and to call Senior Attorney Frank Miller 313 355 7169 or email [email protected]

I am also getting emails from this person with this name and number included in the email.
