Who called from 3134047672

Calls repeatedly, at least once per day. Who is this? You have no balls to leave a message?

This is a collection agency

They like to call, stay on the line while you are saying HELLO HELLO and then they hang up.

They call all the time and if anyone answers it, there's no response. They never leave a message either.

Got a call from them, answered and gave them 3 "hello's" before hanging up and blocking them.  If they can't get their crap together enough to make calls, then I don't have time to deal with them.
