Had called this company twice in one day about an account of mine that had gone through collections. First call the gentleman seemed surprised about me contacting him. Took my name and number down and sad that he will forward this information to another employee named Ann about looking into it. Called again later in the afternoon, since I didn't received any calls. He became belligerent and nasty after I told him that I wasn't trying to be an [***], just wanted to know the next company they had sold my account to and number to reach them. Since I am concerned about possible fraud. He then proceeded, after him saying some nasty things, to claim that I'm not trying to pay off my debt when I had clearly stated that I'm trying to do so and need to go down the line of collection agencies. With all of this I asked if I could talk to his manager and he said he wasn't going to and then after me trying to talk to him still, he hanged up the phone. Sad that this had to happen this way. I wouldn't try to talk to this man if you are trying to find out who has your account information now.
