This # belongs to Stellar Recovery! They are bill collectors, my husbands identity was stolen 3 years ago and now we have these people calling at least 6 times a day about some account w/Comcast from some apartment in Detroit. We've never lived there or in an apartment thank God, they don't believe my husbands' identity was stolen, they just keep calling. They are a debt collector for many companies and apparently do their job well!!! If driving people crazy whom don't owe them $ is their job...........

I got multiple calls from this number. Upon returning one of their calls the operator asked for two different names that were connected to the number. Sounds fishy to me? It would be a weird coincidence that two people have the same debts with the same company and some how ended up with the same contact number?
