same thing start calling them back

Called twice today from 2 different but similar phone numbers.   Both times asked for Frederick, when I said wrong number, she started with maybe you can help me.   The first time was something about the police and fire.  I hung up.  The 2nd time they called it was from 313-483-9734 asked for Frederick again, this time I just hung up.

Missed a call from this number to my cell phone & they neglected to leave a message. Phone # only on the CID and no message = blocked number.

Got a call from this number this morning at 9:30am 2/9/17.  Knew better than to answer!  No message left of course.  DNC list means nothing apparently.
