I received a voicemail today that a complaint has been filed against me, and that I would be served with papers to appear in court either at my home address or place of employment. The woman stated that if I had questions, to call this number. When I called, a man answered and said "What is the nature of your call"? I said I was responding to a threatening message. He said, "we don't leave threatening messages. Let me get into another screen, hold on a moment. Then there was piped in music, and he put me on hold. I just hung up. I am a victim of identity theft, and I believe my information has been sold to yet another scam operation. This time is was scary though, because this number is from Michigan, and that's where I live. Please make a note on this number if you have been called. Thanks.
