SCAM! Keisha Smith was the name left on my VM. Something about process and summons dept but never left a name of the company she was calling from. Said she needed to verify my info so she could serve me with papers. 1st off no one will call you to do that. If you are going to be served legitimstely someone will just show up. There would be no need to verify any info since they would already have it. 2ndly a legitimate collector would never say "Good Luck" at the end of a message. Someone really needs to do something about these scammers.

Got a call from a woman looking for a relative of mine. Asked me to have him call back a different phone number with a reference number. Screams scam to me!
Got a call this morning from a Natalie. Said that she had my contact information for a family member and wanted to leave me a message to have him call them at a different number 954-653-1639. When I asked her details, she gave me the company name then hung up on me. (Goldman & Associates). I tried to call her back, no answer. I texted her to stop calling me and that I was reporting her to the FTC. Lets see what happens! She also called my home phone earlier today and left same message. Second day in a row! Already tired of the BS!
This company called and left a similar message (someone filed a claim) no info. Legit debt collectors must send notification to my home. I think this is a scam.
