Oakwood Health System. Their automated voice message says something like "Please call us regarding your recent visit." This leaves it unclear if they are calling to tell you results of a test or if its a collection call, which is what they are probably counting on. I had a bill that was less than $5. Sent in the check already, but during the lag time, they are calling my work and cell phone number EVERY DAY. I get bloodwork done every three months, and getting harassed within weeks of a visit is ridiculous. Why don't they tell me while I'm there so they can take my payment? I get the same tests so they should have it figured out. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
