Called them back and a beep sounds then a voice say, "This is Natasha with Convergent Outsourcing, this call is being recorded, how can I help you?" I asked her the nature of the business, and she said "a personal business matter". I said, "So, you're a collection agency." Reply: "If that's what you want to believe, sir." In other word, confirmed. :P
Actually these people may be claiming to be Convergent Outsourcing, but their number reverses to Advance America, a payday loan joint. These are the worst of the worst, debt collectors: lying, scheming, whey-faced chipmunk turds. Watch your back.
