Who called from 3137778874

Answered call but hung up immediately as it was a robo call. I only heard something like "Hello. Google ...".

same here  hung up right away  and them immediately got a call from someone in India number 858-437-5823  hung up, they called back 3 times, finally i slammed the phone down to get them to quit.

Same got a call and then they hung up upon me answering

1:21 pm received a call from this number.  Caller ID said "Michigan Call."  I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.
