Got a text as well. Said it was Beneficial Bank and that my account had been limited. Never done business with them. Did not call back. Sounds like a phishing scam.
Received an unsolicited text message from this number stating that it is an urgent message from Beneficial Bank which requires my attention. I have no business with Beneficial Bank.
Both my daughter and I received a text to our mobile phones at the exact same time. Message read "(BeneficialBank-UrgentMessage.Call: 3138273714) 4224 81XX XXXX Issue". Neither of us do any banking with Beneficial Bank. Dialed out of curiosity. They ask you to enter your bank card number. There is no option to get to a person. Total SCAM.
