Sprint promised that they disabled the text message capability several times now. I initially requested this and they confirmed my request about 6 months ago. Every text sent since then has been fradulent. Each time I call Sprint thet tell me the same thing... "Ok so we have disabled the text capability now" Within a week another fradulent text arrives and so on. Sprint appears to have lost all control of the service they are billing us for. Just got another fradulent text today. It is taking an inordinate amount of my time to attempt to get this corrected. I can no longer either count on them or believe what they tell me... Bummer
Same here too. googled it and its some woman in detroit (the phone number it tells you to call)
9099 The number from where I was texted however, is the the number that Sprint assigns to any messages sent from online, via their website. So it is most likely some spammer...
