Illegally called my cell phone and illegally left message on my cell phone: "hey Clyde, got all my debts settled for 80% off call these guys they do it quickly free info at 313-989-0531" These alleged core or enterprise groups have been repeatedly perpetuating illegal collection activities since December, 2010 in order to collect debt that does not exist, that I do not owe, and according to the rule of law, I must send them a Validation Letter to protect my rights:
