This number has been calling me half a dozen times a day, never leaving a message. This has been going on for MONTHS. I finally call back and someone live answered with "This is the recorded Teletech Pharmacy line, how can I help you today?" No idea why some unknown pharmacy would be calling me.
UPDATE: Did some Googling, and it turns out Teletech Pharmacy is associated with Express Scripts! They are my employer's prescription carrier. They were trying to strongarm me into utilizing their mail order prescription service, which I refused to use after multiple coworkers complained about not getting their refills on time, getting the wrong thing, or even getting refills when they didn't ask for them! If you use any other pharmacy but them, they will NOT allow your pharmacy to refill your 90 prescription, only 30 days at a time. The only way you can get 90 days filled is through their online service. So I guess after months of emails and snail mail, they are resorting to harassing me via phone. I hate that my employer gives me no other option but to deal with them, but this is unacceptable to be calling this much. Take a hint.
