I recieved a call from this number and the message that was left is some sort of prank that sounds like one side of an irate, elderly neighbor's conversation with the party that is the object of his frustration. An almost voyeristic perspecitve... like he's not aware someone else is even listening or that he's even on a phone/recording. A couple months back I got similar voicemails from two different numbers which were not 313 numbers with different sounding elderly people, but with the same structure the the "prank" message.
Is anyone else hearing similar messages? Is this some type of marketing thing to get you to call the number back? Any info would be helpful.
