Robo call from Bridget at "card services" never states a company.  Says I can reduce my interest rate but only for a short time.  Press one to speak with a representative and press 3 to decline.  Never press anything.  If you call back the number, it can't ever connect. I would assume this is a phishing scam to get your account or personal info.
