Um ... do you have proof for that specious statement?

Consider this:
1.  The list contains numbers of folks who would be the worst targets for some kind of sales scam.

2.  A sequential or robo dialer is much cheaper than buying the list, and will automatically dial all numbers.

After all, Arabic numbers are not secrets!
