Who called from 3142149005

somebody keep calling from this number and when I call back it's always busy

I know that this is a Gary Bollman representing Regions Bank debt collection. I answered it once and will not again.

I keep getting a call from this number 314-214-9005 says it is Regions Bank, i don't have nor never have had any business with Regions.  I have pushed the number they tell me to if this is not the person who they say they are calling and they still keep calling and burning up my minutes,
How can I stop them

I'm getting calls in the middle of the night from this number to bother telling me that I owe them money and I do not owe them anything I do not want to keep calling and less des-night

I actually have a Regions Bank account, but someone called my new VOIP phone number asking for the previous owner.  I called to make sure they actually were not looking for me, which they weren't.  A lady told me they would make a note of it.  Today, I received a call from this number on a spare cell phone that I use exclusively for job applications!  No one is supposed to have this number.  I have printed off these complaints and I am taking them in to my Regions Bank Branch today.
