I got this phone number as restricted at 12:00 AM then 12:05 then 12:10 I finally told the person i was sleeping and if they called i again i would call the cops now i thought though that this was someone i met at a youth program i was in then today the same voice called at 6:40 PM and i said stop calling me and they said what what and i hung up.  Then at 6:42 i got a call at restricted these calls need to be stopped.
