I just got the same message. I get this call once a week and they are always different names but they say the same thing. One caller even said he was at my house. I was home and no one came by. I wish they would just stop calling.
recd a call from this number and they stated I have charge against me about to be submitted to the court for $1800 for theft of funds from a payday loan. Total bull. I have not had any of these in over 7 years. Then I was told I could take care of this by making payments to them vs going through the courts. Once I said whatever and that this is a scam and they will be reported - they fool hung up.

Just got off the phone and being told that I took out a payday loan from a place called Payday Pro. Never heard of them. Said was taken out by me in Jan 2013. Not true. First person I talked to said its felony changes since I took this "loan" out and they could not get the money back from my bank. The scary thing is they have all my info yet I never took this out. $1700 is the amount. First call ended badly as I asked the amount and the address, he said I was getting rude and hung up. Called back and the lady I talked to was nice and gave me all this info. Said they were forwarding all this over to Clark County in Vegas and will go forward with charges.
I just got a call from them saying that a case had been submitted against me and that if I do not return the call today the case will be forwarded to my county. Well, I would believe them if they hadn't of called a month ago with the same voicemail and I have yet to receive anything. Also, they cannot prosecute fraud. That is very hard to prove and it is just a scare tactic. Please don't send them any money unless you have received paper from a process server and verified these with the court.
