Received a call from this number. Caller ID: Unavailable. 314 is a local area code for me, so I answered the phone even though I didn't recognize the number. I got no reply on the other end when I said "Hello" more than once. Shortly after my 3rd "Hello" I could hear the connection disconnect.
I used my cell phone, which has an area code which is not 314, to call this number. I got a recorded message that the number could not be connected as dialed. So, it is a scam.
Received calls 2x yterday and again this morning. No identification who it is and doesn't leave a message. I refuse to pay money to see who this landline belongs to.
Earlier today, I was able to set our phone number to block calls from this number. Your telephone provider may be able to have that done for you as well. When I used my cell phone (not a 314 area code) to call the number yesterday and got the message that the call could not be completed as dialed, I decided the number was a spoofed one and it was some sort of harassment or scam. That is why I set our phone service to block calls from that number.
