You claimed to "use payday loans all the time" and appear to be intimately familiar with the lenders' "back office" systems. You're so educated yet throw away your money on predatory lenders and usurious interest, and you can't seem to manage the loans very well if it takes a lawsuit to collect your payments.
Next you claimed to settle rapidly with strangers on the phone, thus rescuing you from a trip to the courthouse. This you seized upon as an opportunity to presumptuously scold the readers about "stealing money" and beat your breast as a Satisfied Victim of fake collector thugs. Nine days later you changed your story to "went to court, slapped with judgment and garnishment". Whassamatta, the "documents showing [you] paid" got lost? That hot settlement deal from your nice new friends fell apart? All the while you won't tell us who "they" are, since secrecy is so helpful for your ... I mean, "their" commissions.
Spare us the false drama, honeydrop. I'll give up my name when you can decide what yours should be, "Jasmine", "mary", or "megan" with a small 'm'. What will it be next time, "Jason", "Mark" and "Matthew"? If you feel attacked it's because the way to your heart is through your wallet, and nobody here wants to fill it.
The company called me stating I had a loan ....which I did ....they actually let me pay just the money I owed without the crazy interest rates the original company was trying to charge...afterwards they sent me documents showing I was paid ...I use payday loans all the time and they reported I was paid to Teletreck, DP Bureau, and Data X which payday loan companies use to track your history when applying for loans but if I hadn't settled they could have pursued me in court, i have had a judgement for a quick cash loan....technically you're stealing money thru your bank account if you don't pay, I learned my lesson and only use when in desperate need but all in all I was happy to settle for only what I originally owed
