RUDE collections. I told them that 4 calls in one day is excessive and she basically said they're within their rights so they don't care. I told them I'm homeless so I apologize but paying a bill for an ambulance isn't a priority. I also asked them if they could stop the abundance of calls and just send me bills and if I have $5 or so I will mail it in. They had the audacity to call me a liar when I said I was homeless but asked for something to be mailed. Not only was this woman rude but she's also ignorant in thinking just because a person doesn't have a permanent home that they cannot have a relatives house (or even a PO Box!) in order to get mail. Thank God smart phones have apps to where a phone number can be blocked.
They called me today, Left a message with static air, like they had their cell phone on in the car or something. How completely unprofessional. I am adding them to my Block Caller List :) So they can leave all the lame [***] messages they want but at least I don't have to run to my phone just to find that its them. LAME stuff
This number 314-255-1694 calls and never leaves a real message. I finally answered and they said they were from TCI and asked for Erica. First of all, they have the wrong number and were not very professional at all.
