Phillip Warren is the reason my husband is in jail. His firm called and stated that my husband would be arrested within 48 hrs if he did not resolve his case today. We heard about scammers so we hungup the phone. My husband was picked up by the police the next day at his job!!!! They now have three felony charges pending against him. I have called Phillip and he wouldnt help us since the case has already been sent in thru the courts. I regret not listening when I had the chance. THIS IS NOT A SCAMMER!!!!!
Not a scammer??? - Oh yes it is. Debt is civil & NOT a offense that would put you in jail or have the police show up. Phone calls are NOT official notification of anything.
