I had a man by the name of David Lexington, from the Law offices of Freeman and Freeman call about check fraud. This man had my name and my SOS #. Scarey....I took his information and then called him back....he answered...no secratary...just office of David Lexington?? But he is phishing for information to narrow you down on his list, to scam you. There is no David Lexington in any Law office of Freeman and Freeman, his number is listed as a residential, land line in St. Louis, Missouri. Scarey thing is when I prodded about his case....he had the SOS# of someone else, account numbers to a credit union account. SCAREY stuff. I reported him to State Police, the Federal Trade Commision and change all my access and credit information. He already had all my info just needed to narrow it down further. I found the same senario with a David Phillips and David Lexington using the number (347)-382-9226 from the Bronx. If you get this call give no information what so ever....ask if you could have his number to call him back, his name, Law office....and immediatly call your State Police. They will enter it into their white collar crimes unit to investigate. Your could hang up without doing this but then he will not be caught....we can try right.
They said i wrote a check to a check cashing place in 2005 and wanted me to give them1000.00 or go to go to court i said i didnt have any money i live on disability and only have a certain amout to live on and he wanted me to live on 25.00 a month then he wanted me to get a prepaid credit card and oay them 50.00 a month he had the name of the bank i had at that time address all of it so i asked him to send me all the information he had about this i never got it i asked him to send me an email to show me what he had he sent this is the information you requested but the attachment was not there he is still calling me today
So now there is a guy from this number going by the name of Michael Goldman and they are calling it Atlantic Legal Services - I reported to the Atty General's office in my state and to the FTC, but would love to have more information if you have it, such as the address if they provided that to you?
