call back = disconnected or no longer in service

Same as above. I answered one time and there was a man on the line who immediately hung up. Called back when the number called again and disconnected but then less than an hour later  the same number called again and was disconnected when I called back a minute later.

I just received  acallf romthe same number. Call back & line is disconnected.  I guess it's time to block yet another annoying scam caller

Received calls every day, they never leave a message.
I refuse to answer
