I have had these on several occasions. They are promoting Medicaid expansion and I am sick of the calls. They claim to be a town hall meeting and say you can participate. I have tried to submit a question per their directions so I can ask how to get off their calling list but they never call on me to "ask my question". I think it's more like a pre recorded meeting where they have chosen their questions and answers to get people to support expansion.
Called with the obvious telemarketing boiler room background noise, asked for me by name, I told them I was sure they had the wrong # and hung up. How did they get my name & unlisted ?
Ticks me off. I'm on the State & Fed do not call.
