Call from Pastor Travis Action Jackson around 3pm during the week from this crackerjack..from number, annoying as hell

I've been getting calls from him too...SO ANNOYING!! How do I stop these calls?? Is it legal what he is doing??

I am so annoyed by this man Pastor Travis Action Jackson he leaves two to three messages everyday and it is intrusive and wrong.  I wouldn't go to one of his services if he paid me as he is so irratating and disrespectful. Numbers I was called from is 510-715-4792 and 916-275-6904, I blocked those and now he is using a number that cannot be identified.  I don't know how this man even got my number as I don't know who he is and don't want to know him!!!
