This phone number calls at least once daily. Is this number on the do not call list? It's really irritating. When answered there is typically no response.
As an addendum to my previous message: As a consumer, is/are there any actions I can take myself? I'm wondering if anyone can enlighten me on the specifics of "Do Not Call" considerations? What does it take to stop these exasperating calls?
I was called too but never answered. The DNC list is a joke. It doesn't stop anything, especially when there's no way to identify the caller. I've stopped answering calls from numbers I don't recognize and 99% of the time they're unwanted. Anyone legitimate will leave you a message. I now have over 80 blocked numbers on my cell phone and since I don't have call blocking on my office phone, I've recorded a dozen numbers I won't answer in just a month.
