they keep calling saying they a litigation law firm and they have papers that is waiting to be served
in court if I dont pay them money.

Left message. Claim to be a litigation firm and they have time sensitive papers they need to discuss with them before 6 pm. Sounds a lot like a scammer from a few months ago. The script was basically the same.
